The hotel's location on the island of Venice is perfect - slightly away from the very busy overly touristy areas, in a very quiet area which suited us. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a delicious breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and organizing transfers.

Convenient location near vaporetto and airport transfers, as well as St. Mark's Square. Peaceful and quiet area in Cannaregio. Spacious and comfortable suite with a beautiful view of canals. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Lovely interior in bedrooms. Tea and prosecco hour as a nice touch. Recommended by previous guests for family and friends visiting Venice. Easy journey from the train station to the hotel with directions provided by the staff. One-way free shuttle to Murano. Good breakfast. Junior suite with split level and balcony, providing privacy and a view. Complimentary refreshments and cookies throughout the day

This hotel is ideally located in a quiet area just off the main walking route through the city, making it a peaceful retreat. It is also conveniently close to all attractions, with the water bus and Strada Nova just a short distance away. The staff is helpful and professional, providing excellent service. The rooms are immaculate and offer comfortable accommodations. Guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast in the morning and have access to facilities such as afternoon tea and snacks.
The shower in the room was on the smaller side.

the hotel offered complimentary coffee and pastries in the afternoon and wine in the early evening, a lovely touch. The location was also perfect, situated in a quieter section of the city but still close to all the action.
There were a couple of minor issues. the wifi was a little intermittent, although it was provided free of charge.

We had a good stay at Maison Venezia | Una Esperienze. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ferry dock and major attractions. The hotel was elegantly furnished and the rooms were super clean on arrival. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the afternoon tea. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Venice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet residential district in a beautiful area slightly away from the overly touristy places, but still close to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the service was impeccable, from room service to dry-cleaning and housekeeping. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. There was also a lovely sitting area in each room. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the tours/ticket assistance was very useful.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Great location near water bus stop, shops, and restaurants. Luxurious and spacious room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options. Helpful and kind staff. Would stay here again.
